Project Brief:

In January 2024, the Government of Telangana launched the "Praja Palana/Abhaya Hastham" initiative, encompassing six guarantee schemes to deliver targeted welfare benefits. CGG was appointed as the technical partner for five schemes: Mahalakshmi, Rythu Bharosa, Indiramma Indlu, Gruha Jyothi, and Cheyutha. CGG developed a robust IT system enabling data entry, user creation, progress dashboards, and real-time reporting. Within 11 days, 1.09 crore applications were captured.

Key components include de-duplication program, data exchange with departments for eligibility checks, and applicant shortlisting based on Aadhaar, ration card, and scheme identifiers. A mobile app supported field verification, while district collectors facilitated with inspection access and monitoring. Dashboards offer detailed, multi-level insights for officials and departments. CGG continues to provide technical and helpdesk support across all 32 districts and GHMC. With regular API integrations and data synchronization, the Praja Palana system ensures transparency, accuracy, and timely delivery of welfare benefits, supporting the government’s mission of inclusive and efficient service delivery.

Seva Kendras play a crucial role in assisting citizens for corrections and updates under the Maha Lakshmi and Gruha Jyothi schemes. The system developed for Seva Kendra includes key services like applicant search and provision for updating mobile numbers, ration card numbers, and Aadhaar numbers for the above mentioned two schemes.

In 2024–25, services for Seva Kendras were enhanced to integrate with departmental APIs, enabling real-time validation of ration card and Aadhaar details under the Praja Palana schemes.  The system provided secure hosting services, along with ongoing technical and implementation support for Seva Kendras. This includes system monitoring, performance optimization, and continuous enhancements to accommodate policy updates and new requirements.

To streamline the application process for the Indiramma Indlu scheme, dedicated services have been enabled at Praja Palana Seva Kendras (PPSKs). Citizens can now submit new applications directly through these centers, ensuring greater accessibility and convenience. This integration enables faster processing of applications, for housing allotments under the scheme.
